Employees are encouraged to communicate their concerns, as well as ask questions about ethical issues. The Ethics Line is available to all Boeing employees, in all payrolls, from anywhere in the company, including subsidiaries. Employees who are facing a potential conflict, or who are aware of a violation of this policy may, as a first step, report it to their direct management. Management may obtain legal advice from Legal Services on whether a conflict of interest exists. Employees should refer to the section entitled Compliance Procedures, Policies and Rules for guidance on complying with the Code. How do I choose a Business Location
Location, location, location. For some companies, this mantra is whether or die, others not so much in fact. But how to choose the ideal place for your company ? There are many factors to consider, but here are just a few.
What kind of company are you ?
Is your company needs hundreds, even thousands of people walking in or around your store / outlet? Do you have any business requires that these big feet trafficking maintain or sale? Examples of such enterprises would be Dunkin Donuts or Starbucks.
Are you that the search for a base of operations as an office? If yes, then you’re looking for a very different place to the above requirement.
I have good foot traffic
If you have a large number of people walking past or near the vicinity of your point of sale, as an intake, it is a good choice of a location are the shopping malls and stores lots which are located near buildings offices.
To see how many people are in an area that interests you, is close to every day for a week. Bring a small hand against ga and the region at the time of day when your type of business would usually get most companies (for a food can for breakfast, lunch, tea time and dinner) and count the number of people on foot from your chosen location in that time. You can then use this number to a financial analysis of work in the field.
It is also important to note what is the general public in this area. Are they mostly young professionals ? Or are they mostly middle-aged managers ? Your product may be better suited for one group and another that you need to know.
I just need an office
If you just need an office, looking for somewhere within 30 minutes from where you work, more than anything you would probably cost more tolls and gasoline over the long term. If you already have the staff, some convenient for them to learn with a large terminal would be a good idea.
For offices in relatively good sites at lower cost, can you looking for small shopping malls that have not been visited by many people. Some of them have Annex blocks where they sell or rent office space. Much can be found here, if everybody knows about them.
